Use the arrows on either side of the month to move forward or backward month-by-month

Select your desired meeting or event date to view available times based on the duration you selected on the previous screen (note that event requests for the urban porch must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance)

Select your desired start time

Click Next to continue to the next screen

CONFIRMED MEETINGS & EVENTS
The below list of confirmed reservations is for visibility and awareness only. Use the above calendar to book a time for your selected meeting or event length. The meeting/event scheduler only lists available start times that can accommodate your selected duration.
