Reservation Details
Submit a reservation request for the Urban Deck. Please note that reserved time slot must include any setup and takedown for events. All requests subject to Connex management approval.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All events require prior approval by Connex management. Event holder assumes all responsibility for setup, breakdown, cleaning up afterwards, and ensuring the safety of guests. Event holder is liable for any damages or injuries directly related to the event. Please be courteous to other tenants and clean up after your meeting or event. If you no longer need the space, or need to reschedule your reservation, please cancel or reschedule as soon as you are aware so that the space and time slot becomes available for others. Per the terms of the Connex lease, the Meeting Room and Urban Deck are non-exclusive facilities and may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
